As part of our ongoing initiatives to improve our customers' experience, we are hoping to foster ongoing dialogue and collaboration with you and other customers to better understand services DigitalOcean should provide.

In creating this Council, we are committed to creating an experience that is rewarding, respects your time, protects your privacy, and provides you a voice in shaping the future of DigitalOcean. This first survey will ask a few questions about you and collect your contact information.

This will take no longer than 2-3 minutes. At the end of the survey, you will be invited to answer a few additional questions that will help us tailor specific research studies to you. These are completely voluntary.

If you decide to not participate as part of our Compass Council, there will still be opportunities for you to provide feedback via ad-hoc survey requests or our public feedback channel.
